Solo Exhibitions & Projects
Song Art Museum
As compared to Li Qing's other exhibitions, this project stands out. The purpose is not merely to showcase the visual significance of Li Qing's works but to thoroughly analyze the reality, concepts, and methods that underlie these creations.

Guangdong Museum of Art
The theme of the “Guangzhou Triennial”, "Symphony of All the Changes", heralds an unveiling of a new and contemporary landscape of change within change. From a historical perspective, we think about this change. From the vantage of contemporary observation, we adapt to and conceive possible future transformation, reflecting the brighter moments of the times and their effects, encompassed by narratives unspooling from a few fragmented words.
Museum Liaunig
In 2023, the Liaunig Collection is showing a new side by opening the door to the Far East and presenting itself in juxtaposition with contemporary Chinese art.
Long Museum
The theme of this exhibition is "A Leisurely Stroll", which points to two concepts that I want to talk about: one is "time and history", and the other is a "way of seeing". The exhibition is not an examination of specific art history, but a reflection on the stages of my dual identity as a museum director and a collector. Both the collection and the founding of Long Museum have been a slow process with small steps, moving forward with the vision of building up to a thousand miles. As evidenced in this exhibition's look at nearly 50 years of global art with the artists as case studies, no matter how intense the stage movements of art development, when we look back at the individual development of each artist, or when we use art history as a framework to narrate important turning points in contemporary art, it is like navigating through time.

Immerse yourself in the various ways in which water is approached in Eastern and Western philosophies, and it becomes clear that this element is of vital importance to the collective perception of humankind. No wonder that artists from all eras and all parts of the world have always been drawn to the theme of water. It is the element from which our ancestors emerged millions of years ago and from which we still emerge today when we leave the womb. Like blood, it is a connecting thread that is the same for all human beings, regardless of their origin.
ASE Foundation
The Ruijin Building, located at the Fuxing intersection of Maoming South Road in the city centre of Shanghai, was designed and built in 1986 by Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co. Ltd. Over more than twenty years, as one of the most iconic buildings in the city, it has not only witnessed and recorded the memories and warmth of generations of Shanghai people during the process of globalization, but also carried their infinite hope and imagination for this rising megalopolis. In 2022, ASE Foundation takes up residence in the building, aiming to revisit the historical process of this megalopolis in the name of art, in order to stimulate our perception and reflection on the building, the city, and globalization itself.
Pingshan Art Museum
Hometown Spring is the city project launched by City For Humanity, an independent brand under Life Week, in association with the curator Cui Cancan. The picture where spring drowns the cities in wild grass and trees and those moving emotional stories in small towns generate more imagination and hope in a similar way as the title and emotion of the film Spring in a Small Town indicate.
