The words in the work "Neon Slogans · We Can All Do It" are the signboard words shot by Li Qing during his night tour alone in the city. Behind the seemingly romantic behavior, it refers to the grandiose shirking words "people can control their efforts, we can all do it" expressed on the internet by the official account of a Chinese Internet company after the sudden death of one emloyee due to overtime. Li Qing composed these videos of words into the sentence pattern of "people can control their XX", in which the nouns include "Position, body, posture, action, movement, speed, rhythm, image, appearance, expression, mood, emotion, reason, viewing, heart, mind, intention, thought, concept, imagination, dream, voice, speech, expression, behavior, life, taste, direction, choice, desire, strength, quality, present and future". When the audience comes to the work, they will see some different sentences: "people can control their bodies, people can control their imaginations, people can control their choices..."
